According to a new infographic, business owners could be more switched on than marketers when it comes to using their social media accounts for wider business purposes. Only 50% of professional marketers believe that social media market research impacts their company, compared with 71% of business owners tipping market insight as one of the most valuable aspects of a social media presence.
